Eliptical intervals and Track intervals have helped me build lean Muscle. I used this technique in the past, but the only downside is when I have to run long distance for the Army. I can still run a 1/2 marathon in 1 and 1/2 hrs, but Once I get to my goal weight of 170lbs I will then start building the mass that I desire. I am currently using Hydroxycut Hardcore for the shredding process, but I use Cell-Tech and Nitro-Tech as a stack to build.
