We have put the horse in front of the cart. Health care is important. However like everything else we are in control of what we do. And that is what some people find hard to believe. I always get the "why do you eat so healthy" question. So I don't have a heart attack from the big mac you ate. Personal responsibility is at the heart of this disaster.
