ahhhh finally….
I have been in the process of moving into my new place since October 1st. It took all this time to get settled in the new house. Now I can finally concentrate on my training. I have continued to train through it all, however, my focus was not near as sharp as usual in regards to my training. Starting tomorrow, full force ahead. I want to bring in my 45th birthday in the best shape I have ever been. I always look forward to my birthday. I take that day to reflect on my accomplishments and failures of the prior year and set my goals for the next. I will be a grandmother by Feb/Mar 2010. Wow….grandma….whoa…..me?…..oh my….. Well I plan to be the funnest, healthiest, hottest grandma that I can be:)
