smashing the training!!
yoo its been a while since my last post. Been very busy with work and training! i have been doing my new program for about 6 weeks. its going really well. feeling some progress. nearly finished a batch of BSN NO-xplode. still good stuff but i found it didnt work so well this time round, compared to the first. maybe because i injured my shoulder so took a week off. i trapped a nerve so had to wait for it to heal. my weight is just over ten stone, but i feel in good condition. i have cut down the spin classes to 2-3 times a week and weights for 4 days. i get 3 rest days which is helping a lot, and now spread my protein shakes out to morning and evening. im desperate for a training partner. i need that extra push on the heavy sets. apart from that everything else is good. will post any progress soon. take care everyone. xxx
