yoo its been a while since my last post. Been very busy with work and training! i have been doing my new program for about 6 weeks. its going really well. feeling some progress. nearly finished a batch of BSN NO-xplode. still good stuff but i found it didnt work so well this time round, compared to the first. maybe because i injured my shoulder so took a week off. i trapped a nerve so had to wait for it to heal. my weight is just over ten stone, but i feel in good condition. i have cut down the spin classes to 2-3 times a week and weights for 4 days. i get 3 rest days which is helping a lot, and now spread my protein shakes out to morning and evening. im desperate for a training partner. i need that extra push on the heavy sets. apart from that everything else is good. will post any progress soon. take care everyone. xxx

yo its my bday today. now im 23. so its time to get bigger i think!! lol. iv been temping at LA fitness for a few weeks now and its always hectic! today i did 6am til 2pm and then tennis coached for an hour afterwards!! iv just changed my routine as of yesterday with the help of a trainer just to mix things up! sounds very promising with a lot of supersets in there!! im feeling quite lean from working a lot of shifts so im always burning calories. i dont want to lose my muscle mass so i have to keep stocking up on the protein! 2moro im doing my first workout as a 23 year old and its arms. lets go for it!! btw i have binged on cake and desserts for most of the day lol!! hey i deserve it lol!! take care peeps. il post my progress soon!

So surprised to see the gym rammed at 9am on xmas eve. inspired me to batter them boulder shoulders!! shrugged 50kgs dumbells, a new pb for me!! once they were pumped i did the xmas spin class special. i won a prize, 4 sunbed sessions!! i dont really need it lol!! im already brown! really dripped it out, my shirt was soaked!! all gud. 2 days rest now (since gym is closed lol!!) anyway hope everyone has merry xmas and happy new year and keep training hard!! this is the time to do it when everyone is chilling and binging!! xxx

Hi everyone!! just thawt i wud write an update of my progress. I managed to put a progress pic up 2day after my chest workout. Finding it hard to resist the temptations of desserts and chocs in the xmas holidays lol!! still training hard tho. Spinning now 4 times a week as well as hitting the weights 5 times a week. i am due to take a weeks rest as i have been told i may be overtraining. I have two rest days a week which is more than enough i feel. I have been having shiatsu massage and started pilates to help with my lower back pain which i have been suffering for over 3 years. il give it a few weeks and see how i am. I am enjoying training soo much now since changing my routine. Everyday is my favourite lol!! chest, back, rest, shoulders, arms, rest, legs!! I cant expect to be extra lean this xmas but will try leaning down in easter time. At the moment i am just enjoying the workouts and really push myself to the limits. Will post some progress next week. Really want to manage to bench 100kgs. Not bad for a 64kg guy. xxx

Did back and biceps workout 2day. back is one of my fav workouts. especially wide grip pull ups. i managed first two sets of lifting my body weight for 10reps, and the next two only 8 reps. Havent written on here for a while so just thawt id update on my progress. i think its slowed down a bit recently. i have changed my routine to fewer sets, no more superset training, and more strict stuff. Still works and im hitting the right weights. I am still struggling with my arms and abs. The abs i do every other day with resistance. The arms need more definition i feel. Tough times ahead with xmas looming so no chance of staying lean lol!! maybe try and maintain strength during xmas holidays. my lower back been playing up. gotta keep stretching. had a shiatsu massage done today. wow it felt so amazing as they work on pressure points. definitely feel a lot looser, will see how the effect 2moro i reckon!!! anyway take care everyone will be in touch soon!

Wow really killing the training at the moment. chest and arms today using freeweight dumbells. amazing how my strength has decreased from not taking NO-Xplode, but the lipo-6 is giving me enough energy to really pump it still. the superset training is quite long, but my body has adapted nicely to it and is responding well. I physically sweat when doing weights, i look like i have just done an hours cardio lol!! i luv how members watch me train in the mirrors as i feel they are admiring me. a feeling i am not used to having, so i know the training is doing something. Its a great confidence boost aswell considering i have hit a form of depression as i cannot find any work as a recent graduate from uni. I know as long as i work hard, train hard and always give my best, i can never go wrong with that, and i know God will reward me one day!! will be back agen soon. take care everyone.

Monday morning training. luv it. chest and arms supersets. not lifting as heavy as two weeks ago, but still feeling the pump when doing chest. had a training partner for 2day which really helps on them last few reps. on cable crossovers, every rep i squeezed as if i was doing a most muscular pose!! trying to hit that lower chest, so doing decline bench. getting that "thite feeling" as arnie says lol!! still looking for work but economy not helping my chances lol. anyone in the actuary field on this site?? plz message me. thank u!!

At last its friday. another great session in gym doing supersets on chest and arms. wow i saw this vid on bb.com about how to hit the peaks on biceps. worked really hard today. near empty gym at 8am. lipo 6 kicking in well. heartbeat increasing agen. this product is made for hardcore trainers as i felt i cud do so much more. only problem is i cant lift as heavy as the last few weeks. must be because im off BSN NO xplode now. i dont mind cos im repping it out big time. nice to see a few regulars watching me train in the mirrors lol. i was pumped like the HULK!! GRRRRR!!!! lol! extra motivation! a well deserved rest 2moro and il consume extra calories to watch my body grow!! will be back sunday for Legs!! laterz everyone! check out my tennis vids of me training in dubai on my profile sweating it out!!

Got up at 7am this morning. felt quite energetic once freshened up. took 2 lipo 6 caps before hitting gym at 8am for hardcore back and biceps workout. only bout 5 people in gym so i had most equipment to myself. defo noticing the difference when training without BSN NO Xplode. i cannot lift as heavy as i was last week and its not psycological. the lipo increases my heart rate, so my metabolism must be increasing. did a spin class rite after which i really pushed myself in. then finished with a mini circuit for the back, a quickfire pump in 5mins to finish. felt awesome. training well at the mo. doing more reps now as trying to lean down. still cant find any graduate jobs yet, really frustrating when being told its the worst time to graduate uni. will get something soon i hope. at the mo, training is the only thing keeping me going in life. il write on this agen soon!!

Been training this superset program for about 5 weeks now. Muscular endurance and strength has increased with the help of BSN NO-Xplode. Trying to eat right most of the time. I feel like i have gained some bodyfat as i cannot seem to see any good definition on my body. Just bought lipo 6, so will start cycle next week. I have been doing 3 spin classes a week, so my legs have become more toned. calfs are still non existent, but training them hard. will post more later.
