I got my BF tested, and a bunch of other things too and turns out I’m really healthy! Yay!
So BF was 17.7%, which is in the "low fat" category for women, according to my school health center. Hopefully I will get into the "very low" category (14-16.9) by the end of november!
My cholesterol was below 150, which is where it is supposed to be I guess. And my Blood Pressure was 109/63, but my BP has always been low so thats really no surprise.
Anyway, I’m super excited about my BF!!

Today I’m starting a new eating & training program. Actually, it’s not really new, I’ve just been off track for a few days so I’m trying to get myself going in the right direction again!
HIIT: 5 min WU, 6mph 10×30 sec. @9.5mph, 60 sec. rest 5 min. CD, 3.5 mph/2% incline
