Back deadlifts 225lbsx4 315lbsx4 405lbsx4 405lbsx4 last set 500×2 bent over barbell rows 3 sets  225lbsx8 dumbell rows 3 sets 130lbs 6 reps T-bar rows 3 sets 315lbsx8 lateral pull downs 170lbsx8  190lbsx8 200lbsx8 pull ups 5 sets of 10 for total of 50 reps

New PR!! Started doing deadlifts again three weeks ago and did 515 for 1 rep at the end of workout. It felt great!!
