Scale, ARGGGHHHH!
Does anyone know where to get an accurate yet reasonable priced scale? I have bought 2 scales and they are driving me nuts. I got a digital one but it only weighs in .5 increments and will give me 2 different numbers back to back? And the manual one tells me I am 4.5 less than the digital. I know the balance beam scales are accurate but the cheapest is $138 on Amazon.com…. AARRGGHHH!

I personally hate all scales lol. But I use a Bowflex one that calculates body fat, I think they’re on sale at Sports Authority (don’t know the price).

Dont go by the scale go by the way your clothes fit. Scales can become an obsession. OOPS I am up 2 lbs and getting all bummed out when its just water weight. I paid approx $20-$30 on the past 2 scales in maybe 6-8 years. They work just fine. I am not gonna fret over 1-5lbs Its when my clothes are too tight. Muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less space so you have to take that into consideration. I could weigh 155lbs and be a size 4 and was and my girlfriend at the same height weighs 140 but she is a size 12. I have more muscle she lets say drinks too much beer and has a terrible diet. Any scale should do, but I did get mine from Bed Bath and Beyond from a well known brand.

I agree with the ladies, Don’t go by scale…instead…pay attention to how your clothes fit you…I used to be obsessed with my scale, and if I didn’t see the numbers decrease, I would be sooo upset with myself. Take care.
