			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, over the past few weeks, i have been working on my arms, chest and shoulders&#8230; I am such a runt..lol&#8230; it has been so hard to see the progress that i want.. my legs, glutes etc are just an upkeep right now, but wow&#8230; just to get a little size on my arms and shoulders has been tough.. ok, so my ramblings aside.. I am finally seeing results&#8230; I just saw the &quot;peck&quot; line that i have so wanted! I guess it boiles down to.. just keep pushing&#8230;
