So, over the past few weeks, i have been working on my arms, chest and shoulders… I am such a runt..lol… it has been so hard to see the progress that i want.. my legs, glutes etc are just an upkeep right now, but wow… just to get a little size on my arms and shoulders has been tough.. ok, so my ramblings aside.. I am finally seeing results… I just saw the "peck" line that i have so wanted! I guess it boiles down to.. just keep pushing…
