Social Bees At The Gym

So I went to my gym today to do my regular 10 min cardio warm-up, legs & abs day.  Every time I go in there, I see more and more people just standing and talking.  Or just sitting on a machine and talking to the person next to them.  I got sooo frustrated because there were machines that I wanted to use, but couldn’t because people were just sitting and talking!!  I think I am going to switch gyms.  Mine is very small and I am constantly fighting for a machine or waiting for people to stop talking and get off haha.

Other than the social bees at the gym, I had a pretty good workout.  My legs feel like jello already!!  I am ready for tomorrow :o )

Going into week two!!

So today was my first day of week two.  I started off great, but during my fourth circuit I really started to lose  steam.  I was able to power through the workout, but does anyone have any suggestions for mid-workout loss of stamina?  Today I focused on my legs and abs and I felt great afterwards.  Does anyone have any good workouts for the  upper thighs?

I have completed day two of my work-out.  Today I focused on my arms and shoulders and did only 10 mins of cardio to warm up.  For my arms, I focused on free weights which deff worked!!  I didn’t seem as tired when it came to my shoulders, so I think next week I will up the weight a little bit. 

As for my nutrition, I am already feeling results!!  Any suggestions, let me know :o )

First Day of a Healthy Life Style

Here I am again starting a work-out regime that I will hopefully stick to and get the results that I want.  My motivator this time is my boyfriend who is in the most amazing shape!  He encourages me to be be a better person and to look my best.  He is helping me out a lot with my nutrition plan and I have done a lot of research for my work-outs.  I had my first work-out today which went pretty good and I actually felt great after.  The funny part is once I wrote down what I did, it didn’t seem like that much

Tomorrow I will deff. have to push myself a little bit more.

Well…my intention was to get serious about training months ago, but obviously I got off track.  My boyfriend is really big into bodybuilding and is really motivating me to get back on track.  So..wish me luck!!
