Ladies of the Gym, HELP!

Okay so I am at a loss ladies of the GYM! The last time I lost weight I had an eating disorder…I got really small however I never reached that RIPPED status that I so crave…I have always thought that a woman’s body being muscular was the absolute sexiest trait…I am determined to have that this time. I want to do this right…I had tried to fix my own eating disorder withouth the help of others and proceeded to give myself another eating disorder on the opposite side of the spectrum, I began binge overeating…gained alot of weight and became VERY unhappy with myself. I hope that there is a woman on here that would be able to take the time to walk me through the proper way to fitness and eating because I promissed my self that I would never STARVE myself again.

My dream has always been to have those SEXY muscular legs and but that the fitness models have but I have NEVER been able to acquire it though I played many sports growing up and when I was loosing weight I was pushing weights all the time. So if you could manage the time to help me work out a workout plan/regimene to follow and an idea as to what I should be eating I would be so blessed and thankful!

I am following the eating clean diet right now by Toska Reno…I have posted a progress journal that you are welcome to take a look at! Thanks so much and God Bless!

eating clean is key. You cannot rush weight/fat loss, you lose muscle and just become weak and skinny. Most people cannot be ripped all year round, as it is acheived from contest dieting (thats when they have photos taken) . YOU CAN get biggers muscles, so when you lose fat (and some muscle) you will still appear round and curvy, yet more "ripped"……..

    I’m not a lady so I won’t "really" comment :) but MsFitness is right…

Eating clean is a great start. The thing I found that really brought out the definition in my quads was using the evil stepmill. Of course you need to do the heavy lifting to get the muscle size, but my quads did not start to really pop until I tightened up my diet (very low carb for a comp) and added the stepmill EVERY DAY.

Diet is a big part of getting that ripped status! I dont mean yo-yo or crash diets either. You have to really dial it in for YOUR body.

first and foremost chica u r so stellar its ridiculous!!!! now on to ur question…i know i may not look like an expert but the ironic thing is i surround myself with plenty of them (lol) any way…what i am going to tell u is like the golden ticket to the chocolate factory..no pun intended…but its soooo truly the best rule to follow…u ready…small steps followed by plenty of allowance young jedi…take small steps..eating clean, hitting the gym, getting ur cardio in, actually getting some sleep, and over time u will change ur body into the machine u want it to b…but the other key to progress is allowing urself to excel AND to fail and loving urself throughout the whole process…i am a classic "beatmyselfupper"…do good for 5 wks fall off for 1 day and just spiral down to the bottom…this time im not gonna…my mantra is to b my bestest best…which means to keep moving forward regardless of how many times i may fall back…as long as im not where i was i am always on par for my goal…which is to have my dopest body ever…and it is truly evident from ur fotos u r on ur way to that goal as well…just give urself the space to grow and change…

sorry for being soooo long winded…but u truly seem like cool people and i just wanted to share maddd luv.

    peace & blessings babe.

take care of urself, and no doubt ur wildest dreams will come tru…fyi…i can b a tad corny but it just seems to fit at times =)

I just had to throw in my 2 cents here…as it says in The Eat Clean Diet—80% of how you look is what you eat! I have read many many blogs and articles and most of them say that without clean eating they could not have acheived the goals they were after. I myself transformed my body at one time with only a minimal workout program and lots of good, healthy, real food. You can do this, you are well on your way…if you need a little kick in the pants…I hear that some folks do online nutritional counseling for very reasonable fees…maybe check into that, but keep up the amazing good and hard work. You will get there!
