Guess I’m not Super woman!
Great! Sports injury! Just my luck! Well, I guess I started off running on the treadmill to soon. Doctor thinks I have a tear in my meniscus, which will mean surgery! I am so depressed! I love to workout out! I know I will still lose weight because I have no problem with my diet, but won’t be near as fast. Working out just makes me feel so good! I will try to do arm cardio and upper body weight lifting. heh I was on a role and this had to happen! Oh well, this won’t stop me! Just because I can’t do my crazy intense workouts doesn’t mean I can’t lose weight/ get healthy. Lesson learned!

Happens to everyone. I had a pulled calf muscle once. OMG talk about painful. You’ll bounce back. You look good right off the bat anyway.
