					<description>Maybe you shouldn't weigh yourself? I only weigh myself once per month/take progress pics once per month. We ladies can fluctuate like crazy. And, you little thing, even if you did gain four pounds, I wouldn't worry about it. You look SO much healthier now. Keep up the good work!</description>

					<description>Hang in there with the effort. It seems that people can over do it intially and halt working out because of pulling something or just excessive muscle pain. Best advice I ever recieved was to have control of the weights you are lifting even if it has to be a lesser weight. My experiance has shown me that tossing weights up and letting them drop too rapidly have hurt me. Nothing excessive but it would be better to go slow and steady and make it through the whole week then spastically workout two days get hurt and miss the rest of the week. Be sure to get enough rest and be open to suggestions from people with experiance. Best of luck.</description>
