					<description>Maybe you shouldn't weigh yourself? I only weigh myself once per month/take progress pics once per month. We ladies can fluctuate like crazy. And, you little thing, even if you did gain four pounds, I wouldn't worry about it. You look SO much healthier now. Keep up the good work!</description>
