This would be week 2 of my pursuit to succeed. I’ve been following NROL4W, with the assistance of my Dad who critiques my [already perfect lol] form. I’m not sure how, but my Dad says my over enthusiasm is going to kill me. True, I REALLY want to lift every day, but I force myself to go through my off days. I hate cardio and don’t really care to do it, but lifting is like THE BEST thing ever. Hm.
My birthday is coming up and I am relentlessly asking my Mom to pay for SOS for me. I really need some more guided coaching. As much as I read about bodybuilding, I’m not quite sure how to apply it to me.

Hang in there with the effort. It seems that people can over do it intially and halt working out because of pulling something or just excessive muscle pain. Best advice I ever recieved was to have control of the weights you are lifting even if it has to be a lesser weight. My experiance has shown me that tossing weights up and letting them drop too rapidly have hurt me. Nothing excessive but it would be better to go slow and steady and make it through the whole week then spastically workout two days get hurt and miss the rest of the week. Be sure to get enough rest and be open to suggestions from people with experiance. Best of luck.
