12 scoops whey
5 egg whites
4 cups oats
1 1/3 cup water
mix whey and oats together first then mix in egg whites and pb…last mix in water…scoop out with 1/3 cup scoop makes 15
macros are 33/33/33

If it’s pasturized egg whites then there is NO need to bake it.
If anyone makes these or something like it.. you can take out some of the carbs or nut butter to get the ratios you want. It’s a great recipe, but so more people use it just adjust the ratios to your needs
