mix whey and oats together first then mix in egg whites and pb…last mix in water…scoop out with 1/3 cup scoop makes 15

im on my route to being huge…i hope im taking the most direct path. today i got up early and ha da killer chest day…only been working out for like a year interuppted by basic and tech school so i think im doing semi decent but i think the key here is to tell urself everyday ur not where u should be so u will alwyas push urself harder next time. i did i 17 set chest workout this morning and it was good but not good enough i got a little sidtracked c uz it was so crowded with girls holding pinkbodybars doing curls in the squat racks and sweatty middle age men repping out 95 lb. half reps of bench press and some teenage football players trying to show off by curling 60 lb dumbells by iusing their back and legs for more than helf the rep…….it is laughable really. but somehow in this mirror lined walls where i am constantly reminded how far i am from my goal, i manage to push myself harder than yesterday, set new pr’s , and visualize myself as i will be someday…
