I am finally starting to get into a routine! I forgot how much I love tearing my body down! I love the burn, the pain, and the rush from an amazing workout! Now having just left the gym I feel I already miss it! I can’t wait to get back and workout some more. I have some big goals and a lot of work to get there!
Modeling is coming along and I am working on all of that as well. I will be a pro and get paid for it some day! I wish I could get paid to work on my dreams. I just want to compete and model and train! I love the setting the atmosphere and the adrenaline of getting a great workout in and then when working with others having them notice all the hard work I have been doing too.
The best and worst part is that I workout for me. I do not workout to impress anyone else. The problem with this is that I am so critical of myself that I don’t know if I will ever be happy with myself. I always want more, I always find something, I am don’t whine about it, I just write it down and bust my ass to change it.
If anyone knows how to get paid to do what i love, and/or ideas on how I can improve anything let me know! I am always looking for feedback and ways to better myself!
Time to lift, time to train, time to feel that amazing pain!

So I have been pretty good about keeping up my workout and I am still losing weight! I went to the doctor to get allergy tested to see why I was getting sick after eating certain foods and they told me I had no allergies and yet I still have problems eating some foods and it seems like every week I get to add a new food to my list of things I cant eat. I dont know if anyone has any ideas as to what I can do or who I can see. I am getting frusterated because for awhile it has been to the point were it is hard to keep my energy level up! I really want to have things work out so that I can gain weight again and eat healthy and keep my energy up! I have cut out all dairy, tomatos, citric fruits, cherry syrup (anything synthetic cherry) and egg yolks. I know that these are not the best foods anyway but it makes it really hard to eat some meals and like I said my list keeps growing! Again if you have any ideas please let me know I am more than willing to take any advice I can get! Thanks for your help!

I keep saying I am going to buckle down next week, next week, next week and next week just never comes! I really want to do this I just am doing it by myself and I find it hard to stay motivated. It doesnt help that I am trying to squeeze it all in with school and working a full time job and trying to find time to spend with my son. But I really want to compete! I have to find something to get me fired up to really hit the weights and keep up with it. So I am posting that I am going to hit the gym hard for the month of september, I am going to get my cardio in and I am going to weight train like crazy and see if I can build some size and cut some fat. I also need to start eating healthier, I try to do that as much as I can as well but I find that hard to keep up with, with a busy on the go schedule. This week wasnt too bad though because I tried to make as many of my meals as I could on Sunday and then put them in the frig so they were ready to go! So I am putting this out that to everyone who reads this, I am going to get started and I am going to keep up with it this time, feel free to drop me a message and see how I am doing to to tell me to keep my ass on track! Thanks all, ttyl!

How do you really shed the pounds. I am naturally thin but I want to get my BF% down and I like to walk and rollerblade though right now I have to wait for all the sand and salt to get off the streets and the snow off the sidewalks before I can start to rollerblade, but I really want to get rid of the extra fat, and I am struggling with it. How can I get the fat off and not use a ton of fat loss suppliments because those dont seem to work well with me, as a full time student I find it hard to focus after taking a fat loss pill, even if I get a good workout done before class. Please let me know what you do to get lean, toned, and trim!!!! Thanks guys and gals! Look forward to your answers!

I am very excited about going to the Arnold Classic for my second year in a row! I got VIP tickets this year so I am really hoping to learn some great things from some amazing people! I brought a notebook last year and at first I thought maybe I didnt need to but I was very glad that I did!
Also as an update, I am back to looking for a lifting partner. My last one went to the gym with me once and after that she gave up on me. I hate having to look for someone to lift with but without one I dont get the most out of my work out. I can use the machines, but I really like free weights better. Well I guess I just have to go back to the way it was until next time! Good Luck to all and see you at the Arnold Classic!

I finally found someone to workout with. She is sort of gym ADD though. She is not as serious as I am about lifting, but when I need a spotter she is there, so that is nice! Really that is all I care about, I keep her on track for actually showing up and she spots me on my lifts and then bounces around and she hits almost every machine, but she never does more than 2 sets and at a low rep, low weight. But like I said I am just glad to have a spotter. Maybe someday I will be able to find someone serious about lifting! Until then this works just fine!

Does anyone keep the magazines that they get that have good training advice? I have a library of magazines everything from Flex to Shape. Now I am trying to get them all organized and slimmed down. I am taking all the articals that I like ouot and putting them in binders but it is taking forever! Does anyone else have an organized way of keeping the advice that they like, and want to look back on, or share with someone else? Thanks guys! Be strong and lift on!
