some updates
I’ve been working out really hard, and finally got back on track with my bodybuilding lifestyle this year. very grateful that I got some cool best buddies here in okinawa who I practically do everything with and that including working out. started working out legs hard again last month, and I have increased strength and some mass as well. been doing squat for 365lbs for reps two weeks ago, finally got up to 8 reps with good forms. still need alot of work, but I’m getting there, eventually!
