So I had a bad week…!
this week has been a hectic..
haven’t been able to keep up the workout,
it was so freaking cold in the mornings, I just couldn’t wake up early
leg workout was good since it was done early this week..
chest workout sucked big time, for some reason, shoulders were f***ing up on me that day, I didn’t do anything that could have injured them..so it was just plain sucks, and I left the gym feeling like $hit..
anyways, then I caught a flu a few days ago.
and I took the weekend off from the gym, just to give myself some more recovery time..
Goal next week is to feel strong and refreshed when I step in the gym. hopefully to get my DL up abit. and of course I need to keep up on the running.
