This week’s workout was good, but could be better If I went to the gym and busted my butt for one more arm day
Mon- Leg/Arms (intense workout on quads with heavy squats, SLDL started to go up as well, did 8 sets of bi’s and 6 or so sets of Tri’s)
Tue- OFF
Wed- Back width (chin-ups, variety of pulldowns) Started AP on this workout, workout was longer and consisted of more set and heavier wts.
Thu- Chest (Benchx3, incline DBX2, DB benchX2, Decline BenchX3, Hammerstrength wide chestX3, incline DB flye, DB flye, cable crossover, pec dec)
Fri- Back thickness (close grip pull-ups, v pulldowns, Deadlifts, barbell rows, T-bar row, DB rows(up to 105lbsX5), cable row drop sets)
Sat- Delts & Traps (Smithmachine military press, DB military press, hammerstrength shoulder press, Lateral raise, bentover lateral raise, cable lateral raise, reverse pec dec, Alt. frontal raise, Shrug machine, DB shrugs)
Sun-OFF
Total workout days: 5
abs after every workout, but went light on the cardio this week due to time and slight sore on legs.
Goal in the coming week: increase intensity on all workout, add another arm day, change a little bit on chest routine, add more abs sets, and run for more mins.
