SO, I SWITCHED IT UP LATELY, JUST TRAIN LIKE A BEAST AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.MY TRAINING HAS BEEN INTENSE. BEEN WORKING OUT REAL HARD. MY RSD DISEASE WILL NOT KEEP ME DOWN. SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE GIVING UP, BUT IM NOT A QUITTER. BUT, TAKING MY PROTEINS, AND BEEN DOING SOME GOOD REPS ON SOME HEAVY WEIGHT. SO, IF YOU FEEL OVERWHELMED AND LIKE GIVING UP, JUST REMEMBER, IF IT DONT COST YOU SOMETHING, ITS NOT WORTH SOMETHING.

WELL, LAST NIGHT WAS A SAD NIGHT FOR ME. I POPPED MY ANKLE IN AND OUT OF PLACE AND TO MAKE IT WORSE I RIPPED TWO TENDONS. BUT, IT EVEN GETS WORSE. I DID IT TO MY LEFT ANKLE. SO, NOW BOTH OF MY ANKLES ARE JACKED UP.

WELL, IM MAKING PROGRESS. I HAVE GOT MY MAX BENCH UP TO 345. IM TRYING TO GET AT 400 BY JULY 2009. I WANT TO COMPETE IN BENCH PRESS COPETITIONS. SO, I JUST KEEP TRAINING REAL HARD. RIGHT NOW IM REPPING 185 25 TIMES, AND 225 15 TIMES. I HOPE TO GET THAT MUCH HIGHER. WELL, I CANT WAIT TO GET MY STOMACH DOW, IM LACKING IN THAT AREA. GOT ANY IDEAS FOR ME? LET ME KNOW.

SO TODAY WAS NOT THAT GREAT FOR ME. I HAD TO DRAW BLOOD THEN HAD TO GO WORK OUT. BUT I PUT IN A GREAT EFFORT TODAY. I JUST SAID TO MYSELF NO MATTER WHAT I WILL GET IT DONE TODAY. I DID CHEST TODAY. BENCH THEN CABLES, UPEER CHEST THEN I JUST WENT HOME AND JOGGED FOR A LITTLE. IM NEW TO TAKING BODYBUILDING SERIOUS BUT I WANT IT REAL BAD. IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS THEY THINK CAN HELP ME THEN FEEL FREE TO LET ME KNOW.

WELL I HAVE FIGURED OUT THAT TRAINING SLOW AND RIGHT IS THE ONLY WAY FOR ME. IN TIME I WILL SEE RESULTS. SO FAR IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET FIT BUT NOT GIVING ME ENOUGH TIME TO HEAL… SO HERE I AM ADMITTING IT NOW. IF YOU WANNA SEE RESULTS THAT ARE SATISFYING THEN TRAIN RIGHT OR JUST STOP… WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? LET ME KNOW THANKS….

well, i have noticed since i started to train my body for good results that we must train right. by using good form, enough reps, and rest. also, by working out hard and taking our workouts seriously. in the start, its easy, but to be consistent ive noticed its alot of work and its hard. so make sure to train right and hard and always ask questions if you feel you need help. be blessed.
