Goal Met!
So my goals for the end of this are 300 Squat, 300 Bench, 300 Deadlift and continue to lower my bf%. Today I just crushed 315 for 8 on squats I use the squat wraps because it really supports my right knee that is kinda sore. I’m loving my workouts more and more just trying to get this diet and abs routine in check. Team poynters all the way
