So my goals for the end of this are 300 Squat, 300 Bench, 300 Deadlift and continue to lower my bf%. Today I just crushed 315 for 8 on squats I use the squat wraps because it really supports my right knee that is kinda sore. I’m loving my workouts more and more just trying to get this diet and abs routine in check. Team poynters all the way

Hello World as I usually say
I mean come one every time I turn on the TV someone else is passing away bad news after bad news. First MJ… Now Air Mcnair. Needless to say our economy has put a lot of us in a strangle that we almost feel dead. Days seem a little more gloomy in ‘09. Nah this isn’t really a rant claiming the fight depression or to complain. This is my motivation BLOG post so when I read this down the line in a couple weeks and I finished and accomplished my diet and nutrition I can look back and reflect. Nope I didnt really enjoy my 4th of july holiday food wise I wanted to eat massiave amounts of garbage food but I held a pretty good stand. I know Im going for my goals today because if I wait any longer I dont know what roadblocks will apear ahead of me. Im blessed to have above average health good family/girl and all that… Whats going to stop me nothing. 10 weeks and counting

I tried to stay away from the mac and cheese the ribs the burgers the cakes and all that madness but I made some chicken on the grilll. It didnt taste very good so I tossed it and I picked up one medium sized rib and one small rib and ate that with my sweet potato I hope it doesnt have a great impact on my diet. I hope not but I had to do it

Hello world as I usually say…
Not that anyone reads my blogs anyway lol. Im not big time… Not yet anyway:). So today Im on my 3rd workout from stevep and Im extremely sore. I haven’t been this sore in years and years. I love it must mean its working out for me. I don’t know whats hittin me the most the heavy weights that I have been throwing around or the HIIT Cardio. I barely do cardio unless Im playing ball so maybe thats whats getting to me. This is the most gym motivated Ive been in a while hopefully I can carry this confidence into other parts of my life which I have been neglecting.

Anyone use an online and diet and training program that is built for them on a weekly basis or every couple weeks. Im on bodyspace for a reason to start transforming my body. I know it starts with the diet and staying motivating while training hard. If someone comes across my profile and there someone whom you have networked with that you recommend. Im looking for like a 12 week training program reasonably priced with nutrition/diet and supp recommendations that will help me to start transforming my body. I’m looking to research a couple people so far I have contacted like 2 people I’m looking to start next week after my vacation..

Yea I’m on my way for a week long vacation. I haven’t traveled on a plane since I stopped playing bball 2 years ago. I’ve been at airport for hours I wish I was at the gym training instead. The funny thing is I’m traveling with my Bodylastic bands I picked up to get the blood flowing and a little pump while Im on vaca. Im about to act a fool and just bring them out of my carry on and get a quick workout in here there is only like 10 people at the Terminals to laugh at me anyway. Anyone out there ever use the Bodylastic bands or some type of tubing system to workout a little. Im not going to use it as my staple but just a way to get a different feel for some exercieses. Can’t hurt right?

Whats up Bodyspace? I have been viewing profiles to get motivated for a while but that didn’t really work. It is time for me to get on this awesome site and get serious. I want to feel better and obviously look better. What good is lifting if you have no purpose for doing it. I used to lift for sport traveled the world playing basketball I tried to be extremely knowledgeable about bball so that I could be the best that I could be. I would like to convert that motivation and determination into lifting and working out. Im looking for good opinions, advice, and whatever else I can learn from you guys.
