I felt really sleepy this afternoon even though I got 8hrs of sleep but I didn’t mess with my workout too much.

 

Incline DB Press:

Close Grip High Cable Row:

Hammer Strength IsoLateral Bench Press:

Wide Grip Lat Pull Down:
