Carb-up
It’s been 11 days since I hurt my lower back from an intense leg workout. After nursing it, my back is feeling pretty good today. I think I’ll be back on my normal leg routine come Monday. Today is a rest day but I may go in and hit the abs and cardio – must loose fat!
Last night was a carb load. I cheated and didn’t eat the vegetables but I won’t do that again knowing the purpose of eating the veggies first. This is what I ate;
¾ cup oatmeal (measured dry)
2 Tablespoons of raisins
¾ tablespoon of honey
2 packs of splenda
30 grams of cashews
Followed by -
8 oz sweet potato
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
No water 45-60 minutes pre & post carb meal. I took about 30 minutes to eat the meal.
Feeling pretty good today – muscles seem a bit harder, little to no bloating.

Hi,
I was just checking your progress. I have been working out, but not logging in here very often. You’ve done a great job over the past year. Looking good! Keep it up, now if only my arms and shoulders were as developed.
