Back on track
Sunday, October 21st, 2007I haven’t been in the site very much lately. Probably a reflection of my inconsistent workouts over the past 4-6 weeks. I have cut my workouts to hitting my body parts only once a week. Cardio has been almost nonexistent – almost.
I think I’m at a point where I can get back into the gym in the mornings to get my cardio done. My goal is to get in early at least 3x during the work week and include cardio in a weekend lift workout. I think I’ll maintain training my body parts only once a week (sure there may be some exceptions like calves and biceps). I think this will help kick start my fat loss again. Although my diet and workouts have been in a slump (work/family) I have been able to maintain so I don’t think I have gone backwards.
