Back in the gym after 2wks of being sick
Yes! Back in the gym finally! It has taken me two weeks to get over a nasty cold. I’m feeling about 85% now but good enough to get back at it. I lost 5lbs while sick so I’m a little concerned about what I may have lost.
I went in a lifted last night and it felt like I hadn’t worked out for 2 months and not two weeks! My strength wasn’t bad, actually better than I expected but it wasn’t 100%. However, I felt like I was going to puke throughout my lift. Anyway, I got it done and I’m glad to be back and I’m pretty happy that I’m 210lbs now even if it cost me a little muscle. Looking forward to cranking up the cardio.
