Sick of being sick
Training continues to be postponed while I try to get healthy. It’s been a full week since I have been able to workout due to illness. This nasty cold seems to get worse, not better, as the days pass. So, now I’m rolling into week two of no workouts, I’m concerned about muscle loss during this time. I’ve worked hard to get to where I’m at and now I may taking a few steps back. Can’t wait to get better.
