I have one pec that is noticeably larger than the other. Any ideas for building up the other to match?
I think it’s due to barbell presses - one side working harder than the other.

I agree with blaming the barbell..lol I’m not so sure about size but my chest/arms are almost equal strength after a few weeks of dumbbell presses…Good luck with findin something that works for ya!
was that bicep ever injured? I have my left should that is funky from a old bakyard football game ( remember when kids played outside all day?) I would up the weight a little on the weak side to try to push it along.

my bad you said Pec! not Bi…. try one sided flys for the weak side.

Thanks for the comments guys. I think I just need to try some one-sided exercises.
