Focus on my portions of food I eat. I went from eating a large pizza to eating a well portion of chicken broccoli. Also on my cheat days if pizza was on the menu then I would only have 3 slices max and I was full.
right now I am an amatuer when it comes to dieting so I focused on portion control and controlling my cravings. the one thing I tried to eat more of is chicken and tried to stay away fried foods.
