Looking for my own workout

Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

I`m kind of desperate. It has been a year and a half, and I`ve tested a lot of different workouts. But I`m not really happy with the results. I mean, I`m happy with my actual figure, but I don`t know how to improve my shoulders and my back. I`m not really looking as I wanted to be. I need some advise I don`t know about simetry or a new plan for me. I like a lot sports, running and I`m practicing kickboxing but I want to compound all of them well. Please someone there who knows any answer help me please. Thanks, even though I`ll keep workingout, exercise is a drug for me, I just can`t stop it.

I`m going for one year to Argentina. My diet will change a lot and i`ll consume more meet than everything else. I hope that change in my diet will be good. Over there I won`t have easy access to a tv or computer so I`ll have plenty of time to play ssoccer and exercise.

I need advise, How many times can legs be trained in a week?

Saturday, August 4th, 2007

Yesterday I had a great party, eventhough I awoke at 6:30 to run in the woods with my cousin and my brother. My cousin is fat but he has a great resistance. I don’t understand that, his diet isn’t clean but he has great strengh, I saw his calves, they were well defined and build but he has a lot of fat. My brother had no problem, he trains capoeira and his legs are very strong and solid. I didn’t have cardio problems, but my legs fail, around 45 minutes of running they started to pain. I can’t undertand, isn’t supose that the big muscular groups can be trained all the days?, Yesterday I was in the bike and the day before I did squats and on Monday I played soccer. After running we went to swim and I had no problems, I thought my legs wouldn’t work in the pool but they did. Someone can advise me a good legs workout.

Bicep and Tricep workout

Wednesday, July 25th, 2007

yesterday I work out those muscles with my cousin, he studied a carrier focused on sports and he  gave me some interesting tips about the way he trains and specially when we try new weight. First thing is to realize these muscles are small so three exercises are enough with each. After the reps we rest something like 2 minutes. He said that during that minutes apart from recovering energy, the blood would clean up the muscle, taking away the lactic acid and other substances, so then the muscles will grow better and the day after you won’t feel any pain. Also is very important to breathe slow even if the weight seems to be impossible. We train with pyramidal work out and I lifted with 2-4 more kilos than the last week. The only thing is try not to move a lot the neck when the weight is a lot or do wierd expressions with the face, because then it will hurt and could be harmed too. And the first exercises must increase your mass and strengh, the last exercises must be focus to definition and is very good to do negatives.

How many time should I spend at GYM?

Monday, July 16th, 2007

The last seven months I been working for almost half an hour at Gym. I work out two muscles, four exercises each, 10-15 minutes of cardio and  10 minutes to abs. This trainnig has given me great results but I want to know if them are the correct ones for a half year work out. But when I try heavier weight I stay at Gym almost 3 hours I don’t know if that is right, so how many time is good to work out, and is it possible to train twice a day?
