					<description>the legs contain the largest masses of muscle in the body... therefore, when u work them out, you are breaking down the most muscle at once of any groups u can train... the more muscle is broken down, the more repair you need... i know you won't heed what i'm about to say, but i'll tell you anyway HAHA...

do squats and calf raises once a cycle... i'm on an 8-day cycle myself because i found out that's how long it takes for me to repair optimally... once every 8th day i'll do a 5x5 on squats and 3x10 on calves and i move up consistently in reps and/or weight every week... record ur results and beat them</description>
