I need advise, How many times can legs be trained in a week?
Saturday, August 4th, 2007Yesterday I had a great party, eventhough I awoke at 6:30 to run in the woods with my cousin and my brother. My cousin is fat but he has a great resistance. I don’t understand that, his diet isn’t clean but he has great strengh, I saw his calves, they were well defined and build but he has a lot of fat. My brother had no problem, he trains capoeira and his legs are very strong and solid. I didn’t have cardio problems, but my legs fail, around 45 minutes of running they started to pain. I can’t undertand, isn’t supose that the big muscular groups can be trained all the days?, Yesterday I was in the bike and the day before I did squats and on Monday I played soccer. After running we went to swim and I had no problems, I thought my legs wouldn’t work in the pool but they did. Someone can advise me a good legs workout.
