thanks for responding.My goal was allways to gain mass but I don’t want to look big I prefer that my muscles look large like basketball players.About food a clean diet, up to now I’ve been eating for example from one portion of carbohidrats the same of protein and the double or more in salad, I don’t now if that is good.

that is great you are looking to make some changes. what are you goals as far as routine & food…gain mass, get cut, etc?
