What a good day today... I killed it again at the gym, did back and biceps... i did lat pull downs those were fun, i actually went until i could do no more... then when i was doing biceps i killed those as well.. could barely lift my arms while i downed my post workout before cardio.... cardio again 32 mins, but today i ramped it up another .1 mph and also set the ramp up another .5 degree.. figure i'll do this for a bit and just see where it goes.. tomorrow i'll be doing chest and triceps, and then i'll take two days off from weights and do two days of cardio so my body can rest and rehabilitate but i'm not going to give up on that cardio.. I feel like i'm getting in a good rythym and a good routine plus it's kind of fun going to the gym and being the only one there! .. today i kinda ****ed around a little bit playing a game on my cell phone for what must have been a half hour after my warm up! .. there's this little machine there that i think is meant for people in wheel chairs but it's a good excersize to warm the upper body up and I like it.. today i did 3 minutes of it before i started to try to do abs and thats when i started to get distracted with the damn phone ... oh i got my driver license today and also sent my information to LVAC in hopes they can cancel my damn membership and ill never have to deal with them again... they can really screw your credit up if your not careful .
