Ugh, I hope I start getting better sleep soon... i'll be starting on some good supplements here shortly, hopefully that will replenish what my body is using at the gym and allow me to not feel so damn tired after trying to sleep... i work graveyard so i'm on a switched schedule then a lot of people. however, a bodyspace friend told me about a sleep aid from Musclepharm that has melatonin in it ... i'll be trying that stuff in about a month, im currently cycling myself down off of trazodone which is what i've been taking the past 5 months as a prescribed sleep aid. it works, but i want to get off of it. any rate, back to the gym today I went . busted out chest and triceps.. it's taking me a while to burn out the triceps but the chest went really fast! unfortunately i got there a litte late and only had time to do 13 minutes of cardio before I had to leave for work! ... I was helping scrub down and clean the garage concrete tonight cause of stains and stuff and eventually the roommates want to put a sealer on it.
