BUMMER!!!!! i busted both my elbows (and forearms) armwrestling some guys at a wedding reception. So now they feel REALLY sore whenever i lift anything >:( I think i’m gonna take it easy at the gym for a few days till they feel better.
p.s. any tips for recovering would be great!
