Time to get SWOLE
Basketball season is over it time to get SWOLE UP before i take my vacation back to Memphis. I will be back home so you know i got to look good when i get there lol. I shorten my workout to mainly weighted pullups / extra chinups and close grip bench press, deadlifts thats about it i look bigger. Have not gained weight yet. Will start back squatting after i get to 320 pound deadlift 25reps then i will do the same with squats. My bench I want to get to 275 10 reps. Halla at me and leave comment please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
