Basketball season is over it time to get SWOLE UP before i take my vacation back to Memphis. I will be back home so you know i got to look good when i get there lol. I shorten my workout to mainly weighted pullups / extra chinups and close grip bench press, deadlifts thats about it i look bigger. Have not gained weight yet. Will start back squatting after i get to 320 pound deadlift 25reps then i will do the same with squats. My bench I want to get to 275 10 reps. Halla at me and leave comment please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gained like 6 pounds since my last post. Squat and deadlift are the reason. Can’t really lift like i want because on my games on fri. Gonna change my workout so i can get in the gym more.

This is black ice I know it been a minute since wrote in the blog. Ive been focusing on getting certified with ISSA. Got like 2 more section left to take and then recertify in CPR. Im ordering my muscletech supplement tonight. (HALO) Halla back
