More cardio
Hi all,
Have been doing 4-6 games of basketball 4 nights a week for the last few weeks and last week did an extra night.
Have been taking Endura to help with recovery and stopping the muscle cramps. Its heaps better than gatorade and powerade and has heaps less sugar. My nutrition has been really good and have changed to a new multi-vitamin, as well as barley green in a tablet form, and eating 5 meals a day.
Have run out of hydroxycut, but a mate works at GNC and he said to try Lean-R. It seems to raise my temp more than hydroxycut, so will see how that goes.

Hey dude. How you doing? During the break, I took a complete break from my supplements - but that’s mainly because I was a complete slacker and focused my attention 100% on my exams and assignments - probably not recommended lol.
Muscle milk tastes real sweet with milk. I’d reccomend ON Whey… seems to be doing the job. If you’re looking to bulk, there’s a great thread in the forum which tells you what products are best but for me, ON Whey works.
Food wise, I eat 6 small meals a day… actually, more like 5 meals and 2 protein shakes, one in the morning and one after the workout. If I’m not on a workout day, I’ll take it before I go to bed.
