chest work out
so today i did a work out with anderson. it wasn’t really to build or anything or improve my body as much as it was to see if my shoulder could take the weight and constering i havn’t been eating like someone trying to gain nor supplementing i knew that this work out wasn’t really going to be much more than a test.
we worked out at the crash barn because it was getting late and the airfield still hadn’t closed. usaually when we are at the barn we do burn outs
example the workout today was
flat bench dumbell press 1×15 8×60 8×60 6×506x50
incline bench dumbell press 8×50 8×50 6×50/40 6×50/40
we would have done more but we had to go to hotspot
this actually pissed me off constering within this week of not working out i have lost strength and power its expected still kinda sucks though
as you can see i really am not that strong on my chest its one of my weakpoints however i have increased my strength in my chest and other areas so i am sure it is only a matter of time before i get the strength i desire.
