shoulder injury
so i have to take a week off traning due to a shoulder injury. I honestly can say i don’t know what happend i mean i woke up one morning and my shoulder hurt. its a muscle injury dealing with my traps. i thought it might just be i slept on it wrong and it would all be fine after using it again and doing some simple streching. However i had one of the paramedics that work at crash crew take a look and he said it was inflamed and apperently pulled which is nothing to worry about at least i dont see it as i mean its not like i can’t stop training forever just for this one week. but still really wouldn’t mind getting in there. so i have decided that i am not going to take protein or eat as much as i would if i were training i might lose a pound while i do this but i should have no problem in getting it back and then some.
