			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK so it&#8217;s only Tues. and the week is already nuts&#8230; well I guess being that it is the last month of our sales year i had to expect it.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been doing good with the new meal plan so far but i&#8217;ve been bad with jotting it down in the blog.&nbsp; But all of a sudden since I&#8217;ve started eating alot healthier, i crave sugar SOOO much more and it&#8217;s really really bad!! I don&#8217;t know how to control the urges&#8230; i had a few Welches fruit snacks which helps, and just some hard candy here and there(on the drive home so i don&#8217;t fall asleep in traffic).&nbsp; I hope this doesn&#8217;t become a habit&#8230; help!! What is a better way of me controlling these cravings???
