Sunday, October 7th, 2007No breakfast- woke up around noon
Lunch: Leftover filet mignon (from a wedding) with steamed veggies (baby carrots, asparagus, and mushrooms)
Gym
After Gym: Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Creme
Snack: one whole wheat mini pita with roasted garlic hummus
Dinner: 2 very thin chix breasts (cooked in pan with salt and pepper) and cooked spinach
