					<description>well, i heard to have a cheat snack every once in a while to not crave it. i ate healthy for a few months and then started eating what i want. i dont really bother a bout eating strict all the time. if you do, just add alitte bit of what you want. thats my adice, it may not be what you really want. ohh ya, you need to eat simple sugars from fruit and juice and fiberous carbs from greens, balanced.</description>
