Sugar Cravings
OK so it’s only Tues. and the week is already nuts… well I guess being that it is the last month of our sales year i had to expect it.
I’ve been doing good with the new meal plan so far but i’ve been bad with jotting it down in the blog. But all of a sudden since I’ve started eating alot healthier, i crave sugar SOOO much more and it’s really really bad!! I don’t know how to control the urges… i had a few Welches fruit snacks which helps, and just some hard candy here and there(on the drive home so i don’t fall asleep in traffic). I hope this doesn’t become a habit… help!! What is a better way of me controlling these cravings???

well, i heard to have a cheat snack every once in a while to not crave it. i ate healthy for a few months and then started eating what i want. i dont really bother a bout eating strict all the time. if you do, just add alitte bit of what you want. thats my adice, it may not be what you really want. ohh ya, you need to eat simple sugars from fruit and juice and fiberous carbs from greens, balanced.
