Hey guys things are going pretty well. I  just started the 12 week out thing, well actually it is 11 now but who is counting. I’ve been on point with my food, but I am having a hard time with the ritual of eating a cheat meal on the weekends. My nutritionist says that is out of the question. So I’ve been having protien pancakes to help with the sweet tooth. My husband and I usually go rent a movie and have all kinds of goodies, but that is out! Pray for me I need to stay on track this weekend. Take care and will write soon. Gotta have another feeding!

Update

Wednesday, February 13th, 2008

Things are going well. I’m training up to my eyeballs! I am also teaching wieght management classes at the hospital in my area. That feels so good! I feel like I am helping to save peoples lives. I’ve been going full steam ahead with my training and dieting. I want to have a better year that last, and that starts with sound nutrition and consistant, smart training. But things are well. I’m about to celebrate Valentines Day with my sweetie! Have a wonderful week!

Hey peeps!

Today is January 12th and I’m going to start a blog for the year. I usually blog on myspace, but I had some bad situations on there so trying to get away from all of that.  Where better to post a blog about my training then bodyspace?

I started shedding some pounds this week, and trying to figure out some key to consistency.  Any comments on that?

We (meaning me and my beloved husband) are going to train chest and back today; tomorrow we will train legs. We are getting our meal plans from mike sunday, and I’m alittle nervous. I don’t want anything like cottage cheese. I hate that stuff!

I’m getting my website revamped!! This is so awesome because we are trading out for it. I will also be an instructor at a local college this semester. I wanted to try something new, and I’m not interested in doing it past this semester. I’m getting a 2nd certification in a few weeks, and will hopefully be helping Adela at one of her camps soon. So that is what is up with me.

Goals??? Well, I like to take things small so by the next time I write in I want to shed some more bodyfat. Sounds good to me! Smooches, Aketa
