I am worn out. Went to the gym and basketball for about 2 hours today. Yesterday I was slacking on my fitness. I didn’t workout at all and I went out and drank some beer with a co-worker. I’ll make up for it tommorrow by putting in two workouts and eating well. Overall I must say that I have more energy and I don’t feel as bloated since I started working out hard. I don’t know if my body has changed a whole lot and my weight hasn’t dropped much this week but I feel better. Sticking with the program will yield success. Gotta hit that 250 mark by June so I gotta up the cardio and reduce my overall caloric intake.

I didn’t get to update yesterday but it went very well. I rode the ike to give my joints a break. I was still feeling it in my knees and ankles from b-ball on thursady. I lifted for about 30 minutes then I decided that I should incorporate running the hill inthe backyard to my daily routine. So on days that I runI’ll runt he hill five times after my run and on days when I ride the bike I’ll run it ten times and build from there. This morning I got up and it was perfect outside for a run so I snuck out and ran for about 20 minutes. When I got back I ran the hill. I plan on taking the rest of the day off from working out but I’m gonna hit it hard on Monday. Eleven pounds in one week is awesome. I gotta stay motivated.

I ate a little more than I would have liked but I didn’t get too far off track. I gotta get through this weekend without bllowing all off my gains so far. I keep monitoring the scale but I won’t take an official weight until monday. I’ll also update my measurementsto see if my body has changed any.

This is usually where I say eff it and eat like a maniac but I didn’t and I’m proud of myself. Ate a salad for dinner and afterwords a 20 minute jog and a upper body strength band workout. Didn’t get up this morning to run but I’ll get to bed early tonight and put in some work in the morning.

In a couple of weeks it won’t be so bad then I can really push myself. I stayed away from the fried chicken again today even though I was really tempted to eat just "one" piece. I’m gonna lift some weights tonight then homework and bed. Hopefully tommmorow I can actually get up and go running before work.
